Hi,
We are deploying Webex Connect 7.0.2 and have noticed that it is not possible to send the audio for ringer to the PC speakers and the audio for the conversation to the headset.
The problem is that when the headset is connected you do not here the ringer since the audio for this ringer is also routed to the headset...
Anybody who knows if this is a known issue / as designed?
