WebEx has no audio using Firefox or Chrome

Hello Community,
I'm facing an issue with WebEx that any meeting started by using Google Chrome v67 or Firefox(Most actual release)has no audio at all but if the meeting is started using Internet Explorer, it works without any flaws.
Cisco WebEx Desktop application was also tested and also the problem remains(Customer do not want that every user have to download the Productivity tools).
A TAC was opened but the engineer had not taken any action so far. What could be happening regarding the browsers? Plugins?Javascript?
SO: Windows
Device Platform: PC
Audio is not working in any of the options available(Call Me,Using Audio local,meeting number).
