Webex how to change the participants displayed name

Using WebEx 2.5 with AD integration

The situation is that a user is known as Joe Bloggs. In AD his name is shown as:

First name Joseph

Last name Bloggs

Display name Joe Bloggs

When the user joins a meeting WebEx shows his name as Joseph Bloggs which is not correct. He is known as per his Display name- Joe Bloggs

Is there a way to get WebEx to use the Display name attribute from AD?

Alternatively

Is it possible to manually change the name on a per person basis?

Hi,

Administrator user can log in to CWMS Administration page, go to Users tab, find the user profile, and change the Name of the user. In this case, administrator can change Joseph into Joe. 

You can't change the variable CWMS uses for the name from CUCM. You would have to change how names are imported to CUCM from LDAP to make adjustments if you want a different name to be pulled to CWMS.
