I configured this hybrid service, when user from Jabber sent message to other user, this on Teams app receive message twice time, from Teams app to Jabber work fine...
There are a pile of caveats listed in the config guide (http://www.cisco.com/go/hybrid-services-message) but I don’t recall this being one of them. This connector is brand new so it’s likely just a defect. You should open a support case with Webex support over it (https://mycase.cloudapps.cisco.com/case). Be prepared to nag and otherwise apply pressure to get this fixed; in my experience the Webex support isn’t nearly as responsive, timely, or knowledgeable as traditional TAC.
