Dears,
I have a problem with Cisco Jabber in windows and phones, the problem is when I entered the username and password it gave me this message cannot communicate with the server.
the guy how was responsible for this said it was working without any issue and suddenly its stopped login.
checked the SRV record it's already added and I can resolve it from my pc.
In attached you can find the errors from pc.
noting that we are using just CUCM v 10.5 and cisco jabber version 11.9

Are the UDS services running in the servers that Jabber is trying to connect to?

The UDS service is not running I checked that there is no service profile created.
Noting that we have only CUCM we don't have IM & pre
any other advice?

Have you checked your certificates to see if any have expired?

Dear it was not expired, and I regenerate self-sign certificate for the call manager and I still have the same issue.

the domain you use to login is the same domain that is in the server?

Did you try to enter IMP IP address manually .
