WebEx MeetingCenter is a SaaS offering with no on-premise product key that you install. If this is what you have you should be working with your assigned WebEx CSM. If you don't know who this is try reaching out to normal WebEx support.
If you have an on-premise product, such as WebEx Meetings Server, then we need clarification what you actually have. Where did this license come from? A PUT order? Additional users? What process did you use to activate it?

Hi,
For WebEx SaaS (cloud based solution), you should reach out to WebEx Support directly as this community is observed by Cisco WebEx Meetings Server (on premise) and Cisco Unified MeetingPlace experts.
I hope this helps.
