Hi,
we'd like all users to have a Personal room. Most users already have it, but a few do not since the Personal room privilege is not selected in Site Administration.
I tried batch importing all users and sorting by the MyPMR column which seems to represent the Personal room selection in Site administration. However, it doesn't seem to be consistent: some people with MyPMR=Y do not have the Personal room checkbox selected whereas some do. Likewise, some people with MyPMR=N do have it and some don't.
I checked (enabled) the Personal room selection for one user who didn't have it and took a fresh import of the users. The MyPMR column changed from Y to N.
Is there any way of knowing whether Personal room is selected or not (other than checking 1500 users via the web administration UI which I'm not going to do :) )

I can see you are looking for assistance with WebEx SaaS and not Cisco WebEx Meetings Server. Unfortunately, this community is not observed by WebEx SaaS experts and I would advise you to reach out to WebEx Support directly to get assistance with this.

Thanks Dejan, I opened a support ticket as well.
Last time i filed a support ticket I didn't have too much success in getting in contact with WebEx SaaS experts either, so I'm leaving this here as well if that's OK.
