webex meeting call me using on-perm voice gateway

Hi,

we have Cisco Web-ex board and teams registered on cloud and there is CUCM, voice gateway and IP phones registered on premise, we have configured Expressway solution for making calls between on-perm and on-cloud devices.

can we add call-me service on Web-ex meeting and let web-ex meeting call-me make calls through E1 lines installed on local voice gateways registered with CUCM?

if yes, what does it require technically or licenses?

There is a hybrid edge voice service , but it is per country code I believe.

I don’t believe it requires any licensing specifically if you have sufficient Webex service (don’t know what the tiers are myself)

You can also use call my video system to call your premise URI which will work with SNR if you only want this for your direct customers
