Webex Meeting Server (CWMS) and ELM - failing

I've got an issue where I cant access the ELM pages properly from CWMS admin pages. Clicking on Manage License redirects to the ELM page but there is no further way to go:

The troubleshooting doc suggests manually restarting ELM/Tomcat service - however, I can not find where I can actually restart any services. Rebooting the VM doesnt help

Hi,

You seems to be running into a known defect, kindly raise a TAC case for this issue and you will have more details to troubleshoot his issue, as in CWMS CLI is loked down and you will not be able to access without TAC involvment.
