Hi,
I'm using the basic free version of WebEx and I'm having problems finding what setting I need to change in order for application audio to be transmitted. Both users are using headsets. As a test I have tried the Spotify desktop application and Youtube through the web. In both cases I can't get the audio to transmit (the headset audio is working properly, ie the users can talk to each other).
Is this a limitation of the free version or just a limitation of the software in general?
Thanks for any help you can provide.

Jared,
upon joining the WebEx room, there should be additional prompt asking you to join audio conference. At the very first time, the vizard should navigate you trough the audio test to verify your VoIP audio is working correctly. Have you tried that?
