Hello, dear support forum.
I know that WebEx on-prem features are delayed in comparison with Cloud WebEx, but
I would like to know if users can connect to WebEx without any additional applications installed
the way it is available for www.webex.com ?

Hi, we're running cwms 2.8. Assuming you are asking about the user endpoints/laptops. Hosts can log into your portal by navigating to the url which allows them to view/edit/schedule their meetings.
In order to join a meeting, the "WebEx Meetings Application" browser plugin must be installed which requires admin rights. You can find it from your portal under the downloads section.
Additionally, you can install "Productivity Tools" also found under the downloads section of your portal which installs the desktop "WebEx Assistant". This allows your Outlook client to communicate with your WebEx server so that your users can schedule meetings in Outlook as they normally would and simply click a plugin/button on the outlook ribbon to communicate that info to your WebEx server and then back to Outlook.
Just note that when editing existing meetings, your hosts will be prompted to do so from whichever method was used to originally create the meeting. Ex.. if created in Outlook, they must edit from Outlook.

CWMS doesn't support WebRTC technology at this time.
