i can't connect to my webex teams account using the application on my windows PC (my device has the necessary requirements for the applicaton)
The health checker points Upgrade, Notifications, Admin, Authentication as impacted Services. Any solution ideas?

Did you click on the test link? What were the results? Or you can go to mediatest.ciscospark.com and do a test from there.
