hello

i have a problems, my webexmeeting server can't login in admin site, but can login webexweb page

the admin site page can't open 

and another problems 

i can't receive my password recovery mail,but i can receive the meeting mail.

can your help me?

Hi,

For Admin site page can't open, it is not totally clear why this is happening and how your deployment looks like. 

Can you, please, share the following with us:

1. What is the exact version of CWMS (1.5.x.x)?

2. What is the size of your deployment?

3. Do you have High Availability?

4. Do you have Internet Reverse Proxy?

5. How is your DNS configured? (split horizon, non-split horizon) (if you can share the IPs and hostnames per DNS configuration, that would help)

6. As for e-mail, check that your Exchange server is configured properly so that it can send e-mails on behalf of everyone (Send As option is enabled on the exchange)
