cisco IM&P 10.5 User showing Offline in Chat window

Hello All , 

i have cisco IM&P 10.5 running fine , but the issue is i can chat , 

 

Problem Description :

 

User A can send the chat message to User B , but User B not receiving the chat message as on User B chat window User A is Offline .

 

any idea ? Please advise .
