Workflow not working cisco finesse

Hello community , 

i have a workflow on cisco finesse administration but the browser not open a new tab 

System version: 12.5.1.11001-348 (SU1-ES03)

The problem was resolved all agents were configured at the cisco finesse administration level under team default i did a reset to cisco finesse tomcat
