XMPP in Mobile Remote Access

Hi all,

Un our company we have deployed collabedge with expressway-c and e. Everything is working out like a charm.

Im pretty lost trying to allow people on gmail or Cisco chat with us.

My doubt is do I have to set a  public SRV pointing to our internal IM&P Server.

Does IM&P server need to reach Internet?

Hi Jonas,

If you have already deployed Expressway for Mobile and Remote Access, there are a few incremental steps you can take to enable xmpp federation through the same Expressway.  For public federation the _xmpp-server record points to the Expressway-E hostname.  More details in the following guide,
