Hello Dears,
I have on my company ESXI 6.5 and includes the below VMs:
1- Cisco Publisher - CUCM
2- Cisco Subscriber
3- UCCX - Contact Center
4- Zoom for Recording Calls like media-sense (Third Party solution) running on Centos 7
i used to use an internal IP and put it in the URL space to enter the Web Page of Zoom for exporting and listening calls for the CSQ, Suddenly when i used to enter this page i got the attached error - Error 404, error on processing Callrec/Request
from my side, i make a restart for the below 2 services but unfortunately nothing works they are running but still the issue exists so i want to know what is the main issue so i can understand and search for the proper solution and if any one know what is the main issue, kindly tell me .
