Hi Team,

Is there a way to give Calendar Management access only for call center supervisor but he can't change the other system configuration ?

or any third party tools?

Hey. This can be done thru the ASC (Advanced Supervisor Capability) in finesse.

Here you set it up so the supervisor only can change calendar entries.

You can change this under Tools -> User management -> Supervisor Capability view

Remember to activate the asc gadget in finesse afterwards
