In 3.X,

To make the agent ready or not ready after ring no answer (RONA),

you will need to do the following :

- open file: C:\program files\wfavvid\SubsystemRmCm.properties

- change parameter com.cisco.wf.subsystems.rmcm.agentUnavailRNA=true to

false

- Save file

- Ask agents to log out

- Stop/start the CRS engine from CRS server, go to appamin page, system,

engine--> stop and then start
