*15th July- added new dcloud Webex Calling lab for partners

 

Dear all,

 

Cisco Webex Calling  service, our new cloud IPPBX solution was announced in March.

For businesses that have been waiting for a trusted brand to deliver a globally available, multi-tenant cloud-based alternative to their on-premises PBX, the wait is over.

This is a very important announcement - let's have closer look

What is Cisco Webex Calling and what it offers?

  • Cisco Webex® Calling is a cloud service that runs on Cisco cloud.
  • It is offered via selected certified partners via subscription.
  • It offers advanced enterprise-grade IPPBX features combined with collaboration services (Webex Calling app softclient). 
  • Webex Calling app provides audio/video softphone services for mobile and desktop users.
  • Webex Calling app offers integrated Team messaging services (integrated with Webex Teams)
  • It utilises Cisco IPPhone portfolio (68xx/78xx/88xx/ATA etc.) plus Cisco Voicegateways (ISR4Ks)
  • Offers security and encryption to protect your business from threads
  • (phone registration, actination, signalling and audio/video, voicemail, admin and user interfaces -all encrypted).
  • Customers can keep their existing and preferred PSTN providers.
  • Offers simple cloud management via Webex Control Hub.

What about existing customers that want to move to the cloud?

There are commercial migration paths for customers that want to move from on-premises to cloud solution.
