My Cius hung at the "Cisco Cius" splash screen on reboot that followed the firmware update.
Does anyone know how I can recover?

Please try the factory reset procedure:
- Power off the Cius
- Hold down the Menu and Back keys, power-on the Cius
- The red camera light should begin blinking, you can release the Menu and Back keys
- Use the Volume keys in the following sequence
Volume Up
Volume Down
Volume Up
Volume Down
Volume Up
Volume Down
- The red light should stop blinking, after several minutes the Cius should start into a clean configuration
