cucm 7 , can i create 'End Users', even if LDAP Sync Status is Active

Hi,

Im using CUCM 7.  We have enabled our End User list to be populated by AD.  However I want to create some user to assign DN's to, but they dont have an AD account on our domain.  Is this possible ?

Hi,

you cannot do this in CUCM 7 .U need to upgrade to CUCM 9.
