Is it possible to run finesse (using the OVA) with CTIOS simulator. Why making the development area as light-weight as possible for development testing. Yes with the caveats its a CTIOS simulator.

I believe you mean the CTIServerSim which currently works with CTIOS Server to simulate a UCCE environment.
CTIServerSim will not currently work with Finesse. Stay Tuned.
