If Outbound Reporting option is added after upgrading from 7.5.1 base to a later version of 7.5.x it is possible the Outbound Report templates will not show in the Webview Report list.
Workaround:
Remove Outbound Reporting option
Uninstall Maintenance Release and return to 7.5.1 base
Add Outbound Reporting option
Verify Report templates now appear in Webview list
Upgrade to Maintenance Release to return to current version of 7.5.x
Verify Report templates still appear.
