This guide is intended to help you quickly install, configure and deploy Cisco Unified Expert Advisor in an existing ICM/UCCE and CVP deployment.
First, it covers the installation of the additional components required in an Expert Advisor deployment, namely the Expert Advisor run-time server, Expert Advisor PG, and the Cisco Unified Presence server. Then, it covers the configuration of the different components in the system. Finally, it goes through the configuration of other deployment options, such as the integration with Microsoft Office Communicator and some customization for the Expert IM client.
