Is it possible for a CUMC user to send a IM message to the Cisco Unified Personal Communicator of another user?
There is no connection between IM from CUMC to IM to CUPC. They are independent. CUPC IM's can only be got on CUPC and CUMC users can chat with another CUMC user the presence info is the only thing shared.
