Have you seen this issue before.  The configuration in the CUCM is correct. 

This seems to work once or twice and then agent is presented with no options to select the device.  A restart of an engine is necessary each time to resolve the issue.

Is the agent on-prem? Or are they home, over WiFi, where they might have spotty connectivity?

Agents are on Prem.. no firewall, agents are using Jabber and SEP phones.

We have the same behavior: an agent has a Jabber & UDP profile with Share Line. I've Enabled the "Agent Device Selection". An agent can't log in as the selection option is empty: no way to select a device. Jabber is the only active device: UDP isn't logged in on an IP phone. Sometimes de-associating/re-associating of CSF triggered some things in CTI, but the trick isn't working every time. We run the latest ES04 on the 12.5(1)SU2 version of UCCX. Our CUCM is v11.5(1)SU10.
