Hi all,
Ports used by Webex services
Most of the times, you don't need to do any adjustments on your firewalls/network infrastructure to allow Webex services to work (users connecting via personal devices, Video endpoints registering on Webex cloud, Video endpoints joining Webex Meetings,etc.). But, in case you have issues, the first thing to check is if your network infrastructure allows the ports that Webex services are using.
Below articles will help you find these ports and pass them to your network/security team:
Network Requirements for Cisco Webex
you will find ports used by Webex Meetings clients and also ports used by SIP/H323 Video devices
Network Requirements for Webex Teams Services
you will find ports used by Webex Teams clients and also Webex Teams Devices (Video Devices that register to Webex cloud).

Webex clients - bad quality or low bandwidth warning?
Issue might be your network blocks UDP media ports. For Webex clients, UDP is recommended vs TCP for media connectivity. If UDP connectivity is blocked for some reasons then Webex client fails back to TCP. But using TCP in a near congested network will cause retransmissions, which in turn can create a choppy video or low bandwidth error experience. UDP does not retransmit, and will provide a better video experience

How much bandwidth does Webex need?
Bandwidth consumption during a video conference is not an easy answer. Note that bandwidth requirements are not only dependent on the video channel resolution but also on the layout selected, whether content sharing is used, do u have a single or dual screenendpoint, etc. So bandwidth consumption depends on various parameters and is also dynamic (could change during the meeting).
Note also that Webex automatically will adjust your receiving/transmitting resolution based on the available bandwidth (for example, if packet loss is seen then Webex will lower the resolution to keep you in the call with the best experience possible - without disrupting/changing quality for other participants).
As a very general rule, I would say that recommended bandwidth is 1-2Mbps but note that Webex service will work also in scenarios with less bandwidth that this.
