Given that we are in the AI era, why not integrate the Cisco community with an AI tool that allows users to ask questions and receive results based on previous posts that already have solutions?

This provides more frequently asked questions that are indexed and ready to use. However, the user remains unsatisfied and can still post questions related to these.

I've referred to posts 1, 2, and 3, but I'm still looking for some help with this kind of post.

Personally I'd prefer to not use AI in the community in that manner, but that's just my personal preference.

Dont worry 50% of reply is now copy paste from AI

I dont know what people think when do that ?

Your idea is excellent

I am with you

While I agree with @bill.king1 because at the moment AI tends to present inaccurate answers as if fact (and sometimes downright wrong - even answers for other vendors equipment) it is inevitable that it will need to be sensibly incorporated once the technology can be trusted better.  It's already been trialled and rolled back because of the frequent bad answers it gave.
