unable to resend activation link for NetAcad

I signed up at NetAcad, I received an email to verify the account, the link didn't work. I tried to login to NetAcad and received an error message saying there was no account associated with the email.
I tried to sign up again, since the error said there was no account, but received another error saying the email address was already being used.
If I try to resend the verification link, I receive an error message saying "invalid email address"
I can login to the id.cisco.com, I already change my password, but somehow I can't login to the NetAcad website.
Any ideas how to correct this problem?
