7.0 CCX HA - Agent Failover Issue

I deploy a CCX 7.0 HA cluster. All services are installed and they are working properly but when I restart Engine service or shutdown the master server all agents go offline and I can not login to CCX until the master server returns online while JTAPI applications run properly on the second server.

When I try to start CAD it return an error message like:

"License server inactive, try later"

Any ideas?

Hi Stefano

A couple of things to check:

1) Check that your clients have the IPs for both servers. Sometimes this doesn't happen

Go to regedit, HKLM/Spanlink/CAD/Site Setup. Both LDAP Host 1 and LDAP Host 2 should be populated with the addresses of your CCX servers. If not, the clients won't know what to connect to.

2) Try using an IPPA connection. If this works you know the problem is relating to CAD only.

I've already checked the registry and all was fine.
