Abborted Calls Cti request timed out UCCX

Hi All,

 

Is there any reason for this issue? I'm getting aborted calls with the different messages like "com.cisco.wfframework.obj.WFMaxExecutedStepsExceededException: No. of executed steps: 1000" and "
ABLISHED]->HELD; nested exception is: com.cisco.jtapi.PlatformExceptionImpl: Cti request timed out". 

Is there any reason for this in the script?

Your script has exceeded the maximum steps allowed. Either adjust your script to be more efficient - are there alot of loops or repeating lookups?
Or increase the max steps allowed. Caution - this increases the load on the UCCX server significantly.
You can Increase the step count in CCX Admin > System > System Parameters > Application Parameters. Restart CCX Engine afterwards.
