Hello, hoping someone has an idea how to help me get results I need. I have a script that transfer out to another company doing afterhours. However, I need to pull a report that tells me how many calls goes there. I was wondering how can I accomplish that. I was thinking some kind of counter before the transfer. For a simple solution, you can either use a database or simply read from a
file on the document repository, increment the counter, and write it back.

Simplest thing would be to use CCDR varaibales and then pull canned following report:
