Additional Call Center Agents requirements in UCCX ver 11.0 and Finesse ver 11.00

Hi 

 

Do I need additional or extra UCCX and Cisco Finesse licenses to add more call center agents to call center to take calls.

I have already added QM seat license for recording and also Enhanced Plus license CUCM device association but I need to know do I need additional licenses to add more agents for UCCX and Finesse

 

Ho do I check how many total licneses do I have for UCCX and FInesse that are used by cirrent agents and how many do I have extra

Thank you all for your attention 

 

I have found the solution as it is below

Cisco Unified CCX Premium Seat(s): X number of licenses will allow X number of concurrent agents to log into Finesse and take calls concurrently

Teh IVR port is double of X number of Cisco Unified CCX Premium Seat(s).

 

SO if my Cisco Unified CCX Premium Seat(s) is X then my IVR port will be X number multiplied by 2

 

I provided the answer to my own question incase if someone was interested too to know
