but only somtimes and only if the call was transferred to the Web CAD. With the fat client all things work well.
UCCE Version is 8.0.3.

I have the same behavior after patching 7.0.1 Build 168 with SR05 (7.0.1 Build 504). For 50% of call the problem occurs in CAD and CAD BE. In the case it works fine, i can see some activities in Wireshark (goip protocol). No activity in wireshark when the call is shown as connected. The physical call is disconnected with agents action (hangup).
Some hints will be very helpful.

TAC and Calabrio find out that this is a new bug and they try to find out the best way to fix the problem.
Latest information: The bug should be fixed within version 9
