Within the UCCX Agent Desktop is they a way to disable the real time reporting panel. Requirement is for agents not to have access to their management information.

If you are referring to the "Reports" tab (or any other tab) then yes. You can remove that tab from the Cisco Desktop Admin. Open up CDA, expand your location, expand Work Flow Groups and expand CAD Agent. Click on User Interface. In the pane to your right, under the Toolbar tab, scroll down and highlight "Reports". Then uncheck the "Visible" check box and apply your changes. Agents will need to close out and log back in for the change to take affect.
