I am in a secure environment where the Voice is on the 10's network and the Data is on a 172's network. They are separated by a PIX firewall so i am unable to install the Agent and Supervisor desktop. For this to happen what are the specific ports that i need to open to get this to happen without opening the whole thing up?
thanks in advance

Hi,
Permissions Requirements are documented in Desktop Service Information guide
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/sw_ap_to/apps_3_5/english/admn_app/service.pdf - Pg.No:3-3
Also refer the SRND documents(Pg.No:8-3) that specifies the ports enabled in IPCC server

Hi Yogi,
I did a few tests in our lab with a sniffer to see what exact ports are needed between the data side and the voice side along with the link above. Is the netbios port(s) always needed for install and also when the CAD client comes up? The security guys on my end are reluctant to opening the netbios ports in the pix firewall for obvious reasons. Is there any way to not use the netbios ports? Right now the only solution i see is to move the IPCC server to the data side and punch holes in the firewall between call manager and ipcc.
please advise
