I have IPCC enhanced 3.1.3 and have silent monitoring working fine, but I don't see the recording buttons, and they are not available in the desktop administrator.What am I missing??
Is the 3.5 CRA editor backward compatible with a 3.1 system? I was told that you need to use the 3.5 editor on a 3.5 system, but I still have many 3.1's I maintain. Thanks in advance ... Dave

When adding a new agent in IPCC 3.5 the agent cannot login until the server is restarted. The agent will get an unable to login error message. I have plenty of liscensing so any ideas?...... thanksSteve
I tested this out, it actually does work. I can't find any documentation supporting or discouraging this though.
When an agent hangs up with a caller that was routed to them by the ICD they go into the "work" state instead of the "ready" state and they have to click the ready button to accept calls. Anyone know why this is and how I fix it?Thanks,Geoff
