Hi,
Have this problem which occurs intermittently. This happens when an IP Phone Agent changes its state from Ready to Not Ready or Logout, the request would take a very long time. From what I can see from the phone, it would just display "Requesting..". At times it would take minutes to change state completely. Sometimes, the requesting state would just disappears and the IPPA would go back to Ready state.
The odd thing is that this never happens for the Desktop Agent. Any pointers on how I can go about this?

The only way I found to correct the problem is to cycle Express Engines.

Is everything ok setup in the Ip phone? Network settings as dhcp server, tftp server etc. ?
