Agent Cisco Unified Web and E-Mail Interaction Manager automatically logout after few minutes

hi all,

At my production when my email agent inactive for q few minute/hour the eim app will be automatically logout. where is the configuration to make the application not logout automatically when inactivity.

Hi,

  You can remove the logout non-activity time under Agent desk settings list for EIMWIM team members desk settings.

By default is 120 minutes ( 2 Hours ) .

If the problem persist , check CTI logs & MR PG and PIM dumplogs .

we used PCCE, i checked at cceadmin the logout non-activity time is null. can u share how to get the & MR PG and PIM dumplogs.
