At my production when my email agent inactive for q few minute/hour the eim app will be automatically logout. where is the configuration to make the application not logout automatically when inactivity.

Hi,
You can remove the logout non-activity time under Agent desk settings list for EIMWIM team members desk settings.
By default is 120 minutes ( 2 Hours ) .
If the problem persist , check CTI logs & MR PG and PIM dumplogs .
