I have run the following reports for exactly the same date ranges:
- Common Skills Activity Report
- Agent Detail Report
But i consistently get slightly higher call counts from the Agent Detail Report.
Why don't the two reports reconcile?
Is there another report I should be using to get at the detailed information?
Trying to get a summary of the calls statistics, and then a drill down report for more details that reconcile with each other.

Thanks for the response.
I've tried filtering to just the CSQ and i still get just slightly more calls in the Agent Detail report.
Would love to know how to make them both get the same results as I need to tie this data together.
