In UCCX is there a way to let the Agent know what queue they are getting a call from? Anouncemnt to the Agent or in the CAD scrieen?

CAD notification is the best option in my view.
You can set up an agent notification task in Cisco Desktop Administration that can pop up a dialog box based on the content of a call variable. E.g. set Call Custom Variable 1 to the CSQ or customer name and trigger a notification based on that.
