We are seeing an issue where some CSRs aren't showing up in the Agent Report Sheet, Is there a setting where we could let them be added to the sheet? I think we might have misconfigured it somewhere, Probably in End User Configuration, Groups Permissions, and Roles. Any input would be greatly appreciated, Thank you!
