Agent Skill Stats Refresh Rate

Hi,

My customer has just been upgraded from CCX 3.5 to 7.0 Enhanced.

They claim that on the old server in CAD, the real-time report that the agents could view used to refresh in real-time, however the new install only refreshes every 10 seconds. Does anyone know if I can change this so that it refreshes more frequently than 10seconds as their service level is 10 seconds so it doesn't mix well with that.

Also, they said that the report window used to open automatically when they open CAD if it was open last time the were logged in. However, they now have to open each time. Is there a parameter or setting I can change to help with this? I think I can workaround this by using a macro on startup to open this window, but would prefer if I can do it without the use of macros.

PollingInterval Sec is the SkillGroup statistics polling interval, in seconds.

Change HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cisco

Systems\CTIOS\Server\SkillGroup\PollingIntervalSec to any other value.

Unfortunately the Express version of CAD doesn't have the CTIOS registry entry.
