Agent State becoming Ready after receiving non-ACD call

Has anyone seen this before?  Agents has two lines, agent and personal line.   Agent puts themselves in "Not ready" mode.   Agent receives a call on personal line.  Agent line is forced into a ready state, causing an RNA when the queue sends a call.

Take a look at Bug CSCum16579.

"Having the Not Ready button enabled while on a Non-ICD call gives the agent the perception that the Not Ready button will have the same function as they use it for when on an ICD call."

 

Not sure if this matches your scenario, but sounds similar.
