Agent team summary report stuck in talking state for all users uccx 10.6

Hi All, 

 

I am facing an issue with only Agent team summary report which stuck in talking state.. 

Have no issues with call all are working normally. 

But agents are showing as talking in Agent team summary report(live report).. 

 

Any help!
