Guys,

Basically on one side of the WAN when agent gets transfered a call from Queue and they are on this particular side of the WAN. The CAD and phone rings and when they try and answer it they get in CAD 'Requested Operation Failed'. In CTIOS I see this..

10:54:38.556 [SYSTEM] Unable to create object for UniqueObjectID

[call.5000.67137294.102024]. Discarding args. :

(UniqueObjectID:call.5000.67137294.102024 MessageID:eAnswerCallConf

TargetCILClientID:SRVUCSVC1-1664-1228)

10:54:43.712 [SYSTEM] Unable to create object for UniqueObjectID

[call.5000.134220477.102024]. Discarding args. :

(UniqueObjectID:call.5000.134220477.102024 MessageID:eAnswerCallConf

TargetCILClientID:SRVUCSVC1-1664-1228)

Any ideas?

Chad

Are your agents on the same CM Cluster or seperate clusters seperated by Intercluster trunks? We had a recent issue with ICT's that had a similar error in CAD.

Well, I thought it was because of something similar to this. Essentially, I thought it was coming in the SIP trunk and trying to home to a CCM that was not in the SIP Trunk's CCM Group.

However it turns I out I simply messed up and didn't set my regions correctly. We have no transcoders here. And my SIP Trunks were trying to talk to the recieving phone on a G.729 / G.711 mismatch. Interesting that you can see this in some manner in the CTIOS Logs ! I must say that doing an install of this size with 8 CCM's really took design to a new level when putting this bad boy together. Much different then designing for 4-5 CCM's...

Cheers and thanks as always Andy! :)

Chad, do you have CUBEs? Do you run VXML on the Border Elements?

Regards,

Geoff

Geoff,

I have the cube feature set enabled however, the VXML itself is not going IP to IP.
