All agent's status on Agent desktop

I have a Customer's call center (IPCC Ex Prem 4.0.4) where their supervisor is never at their desk.

Is there a way for the agents to see the (Ready/Not ready) states of all other agents.

hi,

Not sure if you can do this within the software itself however we have a 3'rd party tool that plus in and displays all agents status on a giant plasma screen... its call checkmate..
