My Unity has failed over from the Primary to the Secondary but I cannot see any logs of it in the Event viewer. I checked all the CiscoUnity_NodeMgr logs but it does not show when and why it failed over.Where can I find logs????thanks,joel

thanks for the reply...tried the cable on another router and got the same result...changed the console cable and it works fine now. Thanks...I sure learnt it the hard way through...joel
