We have two UCCX servers one is for Contact Center and 2nd for IT Helpdesk with version 8.5 and 8.0.
From last few days we are not able to login into Historical Reports application. While login it gives following error.
An Exceptional Error occurred. Application exiting. Check the log file for error 5022
Both the servers rebooted then too same problem persists
So please guide to resolve this issue.

Did you try searching? Seems to be a lot of threads regarding this exact issue..
Yeah tried all that options then too it is not working. So please guide for further troubleshooting
